United Kingdom, Sept. 4 -- Serena Williams is taking her tennis return "one match at a time".

The 44-year-old sporting icon made a shock return to the court at Wimbledon earlier this summer and has stressed that she doesn't have an "agenda" regarding her comeback.

Serena told People: "I really don't have an agenda right now. I'm taking it one match at a time and seeing where my body can take me.

"It's been exciting to see what I'm capable of and to feel myself getting stronger. Right now, I'm just enjoying being back out there and seeing where it goes."
