United Kingdom, Aug. 27 -- Selena Gomez has filed to dismiss a "frivolous" lawsuit against her.

The 34-year-old star, her mother Mandy Teefey and Daniella Pierson, their former business partner, were recently sued by investors for "falsely" representing Wondermind's infrastructure, leadership and resources.

But Selena - who co-founded Wondermind with the goal of creating an inclusive space to work on mental fitness - has now filed to have the lawsuit dismissed.
