United Kingdom, Sept. 10 -- Selena Gomez "had a dream" for her wedding since she was a child.

The 34-year-old star married Benny Blanco in Santa Barbara, California in September 2025, and the record producer has revealed that Selena got to fulfil a childhood dream on her wedding day.

Speaking on his Friends Keep Secrets podcast, Benny shared: "We rented a palm tree farm and converted it into a - we just wanted to do something unconventional and Selena ... she had a dream for a wedding since she was a kid.

"She's like, 'I want to walk down the aisle and I want the aisle to be, like, Persian rugs off centered. I don't want normal flowers. I don't want it to feel bougie.'
