United Kingdom, July 31 -- Scott Eastwood has swearily criticised an unnamed former co-star for abandoning a film after production had already begun.

Describing the actor's behaviour as "shocking" and saying stars who believe "the world owes them something" can make the industry "really ugly" behind the scenes, the 40-year-old actor - best known for films including The Longest Ride, The Fate of the Furious, Suicide Squad, Pacific Rim: Uprising and Snowden - made the comments during an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

Scott did not identify the actor or the production involved but claimed the individual walked away from the project after investors had already committed money.
