United Kingdom, March 25 -- Savannah Guthrie broke down in tears as she spoke of her "agony" over her mother's disappearance.

The Today host and her siblings reported their 84-year-old mom Nancy Guthrie missing at the end of January and, as the search continues to find her amid the belief she was kidnapped, the 54-year-old presenter has given her first emotional interview about her family's ordeal, in which she admitted she is suffering sleepless nights over the fate of her mother.

Today aired a preview clip from Hota Kotb's interview with Savannah on Wednesday (25.03.26) ahead of its full broadcast on Thursday (26.03.26) and Friday (26.03.26).
