United Kingdom, Sept. 1 -- Sarah Jessica Parker wants everyone to know she's nothing like Carrie Bradshaw.

The 61-year-old actress has played the fictional fashionista for almost three decades across Sex and the City and its spin-off And Just Like That, but she doesn't want people to mistake her for the iconic character.

Speaking to British Vogue magazine for a new Q+A, she was asked for the most common misconception about herself, and bluntly answered: "That I'm Carrie."

Sarah grew up around New York City, where Sex and the City is set, and she admitted she has picked up one particular habit over the years.

Revealing the "most NY thing" about herself, she quipped: "I will scream 'Taxi!' day or night. I am the person who gets everyone...
