United Kingdom, Sept. 4 -- Sandra Bullock's daughter told her she "needed to date" after Bryan Randall's death.

The 62-year-old actress, who has adopted children Laila, 12, and 16-year-old Louis, started dating her late partner in 2015, and she hasn't had another relationship since he passed away aged 57 from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in August 2023.

However, she told the Not Gonna Lie podcast: "[Lalia] said I needed to date, but only someone where they can get stuff.

"So, I said, 'What, a rapper or basketball player? That's the parameters?' She said yeah."

The Practical Magic 2 star also revealed the "brutal" advice her daughter gives her at home.
