United Kingdom, June 12 -- Rumer Willis has been awarded primary physical custody of her three-year-old daughter Louetta.

The House Bunny actress, 37, has been embroiled in a legal battle with her ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas - who she split from in August 2024 after two years of dating - over care arrangements for the little girl but now a judge has awarded Rumer primary physical custody, according to TMZ.com.

The website reports the former couple was awarded joint legal custody of their daughter after agreeing to undergo a custody evaluation.
