United Kingdom, Jan. 29 -- Ray J has claimed he won't survive 2026 due to his "black" heart.

The 45-year-old star was recently hospitalised for pneumonia, and in a new update on his health, he insisted his heart is "done" and he thinks he has just months to live.

In an Instagram livestream this week, he said: "2027 is definitely a wrap for me. This [gesturing to his heart] is black. This is, like, done."
