United Kingdom, Sept. 30 -- Quavo has become a father for the first time.

The Migos star, 35, is "proud" to be a dad to a baby girl, and the little one's birth has brought a "new hunger" and "fire" to the rapper and record producer.

Asked if fatherhood has started to change him, he said on Complex's Idea Generation podcast: "I mean, that's just adding more fuel to the fire.

"It's a blessing that God gave me.

"It's just a whole [new] state. It brings joy to me. It brings a new light.

"It brings a new reason why I'm doing this.

"It brings a new hunger, a new fire to me. I'm just proud to be a father now, 'cause we used to always talk about that. So, I'm just happy.

"To see my family love her just like me, it's just beautiful."
