United Kingdom, March 10 -- Priyanka Chopra hired security guards to protect her family after her young daughter was "followed from school".

The 43-year-old actress is mother to four-year-old Malti with her husband Nick Jonas and she has now explained the couple decided to employ bodyguards to keep overzealous fans away because their little girl was targeted by someone who was "recording her" on her way home after class - and it wasn't a paparazzo.
