United Kingdom, Aug. 8 -- Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, says daughter Princess Lilibet makes her feel "brave".

The 45-year-old duchess and her husband Prince Harry, 41, have children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, together and in a promotional video for her new documentary, Cookie Queens, Meghan opened up about motherhood being her "superpower".

In a Q A video with InStyle magazine, where she was questioned by young children, Meghan was asked what her superpower was and replied: "Being a mum."

She went on: "I feel like we have superpowers because we juggle it all and enjoy it all with grace and grit at the same time."
