United Kingdom, Aug. 27 -- Patsy Kensit "lost herself" during her marriage to Liam Gallagher and told his brother Noel she was "afraid to leave him alone".

The 58-year-old actress, who had appeared in the likes of Lethal Weapon 2 and Absolute Beginners before her relationship with the Oasis frontman, has revealed Liam's older brother was the one who asked why she'd put her career on hold.

Appearing on Davina McCall's Begin Again podcast, she said: "I think what I forgot in that time was how much I'd done before it.

"That relationship became so big. It was bigger than me and therefore the pressure was huge."

She added: "I lost part of who I was going into that relationship. I somehow lost her."
