United Kingdom, Sept. 19 -- Nicki Minaj has gushed about her "love" for President Donald Trump.

The Starships rapper - who recently signed as a judge up for Trump's reality TV show, The Million Dollar Pitch Competition - jumped at the chance to work with the president, who she has a close friendship with.

She told Fox News how thrilled she is "to have the opportunity to work with this administration and to work with President Trump".

Nicki went on: "He has inspired many people, not just me, and he's fun. He's not just smart and he's not just the president, he's also someone that I can relate to, someone that every time I see him or every time I see him speaking to other people, he's just himself."
