United Kingdom, Aug. 15 -- Perez Hilton was treated for "multiple lacerations and an overdose" after self-harming in a disturbing TikTok livestream.

The 48-year-old celebrity gossip blogger - whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr - was rushed to hospital after the terrifying incident and new details have now emerged in a Miami-Dade County Sheriff's Office incident report.

According to the report, obtained by PEOPLE, deputies responded to Hilton's home after his sister Barbara Lavandeira, discovered him unclothed and "covered in blood" inside his bathroom.

A fire rescue team "began treatment on scene for multiple lacerations and an overdose" before he was taken to a local hospital.
