United Kingdom, June 11 -- Mollie King has issued another health update after being rushed to hospital following a bathroom collapse.

The Saturdays singer turned BBC Radio 1 DJ sparked concern when she was absent from two weeks of the show she co-hosts with Matt Edmondson.

In a statement to fans on Instagram, Mollie said she had got back from work late, and had gone into the bathroom to get ready for bed when the incident happened.

Calling it a "huge shock", Mollie wrote on Instagram: "After coming home late from work, I suddenly collapsed unconscious on the bathroom floor at 4am, hitting my head and face as I fell. I ended up being rushed to A E."
