Mission: Impossible made Simon Pegg fit
United Kingdom, June 15 -- Mission: Impossible got Simon Pegg fit.
The 56-year-old actor, who first appeared as IMF technician Benji Dunn in 2006's Mission: Impossible III, feared he would look nothing like a secret agent if he did not make drastic changes to his fitness and diet.
Simon admitted he "learned to take care of myself a little bit" in an interview with Page Six.
The entertainer continued: "It really was Mission: Impossible that taught me the joys of being well. [I] had to play a secret agent, so I kind of had to look like one and then I realised it was actually a lot of fun to look after yourself, like you might as well give yourself the best chance you can."
