The singer, 50, has marked the occasion by sharing a tribute to his wife, 38, online - describing her as "everything real in a world that can sometimes feel like smoke and mirrors".

Michael and Luisana celebrated their anniversary on 31 March, and the singer has now reflected on a relationship that began after they met in 2008 when Michael was performing on tour.
