It was reported in August that the Suits star - who gave up her acting career ahead of her 2019 marriage to Prince Harry - had been in discussions to join the third season of the Netflix show, but her involvement was then said to be in doubt in the wake of the backlash to the news, and insiders have now confirmed the project is completely off the table.

A source told The Telegraph: "Some people in her camp feel she was used to help promote season two, because they knew it wasn't as good as the first season and had already commissioned a third.
