United Kingdom, July 12 -- Lewis Capaldi was moved to tears at his BST Hyde Park show as he confessed that he "wasn't sure if it would be possible" for him to perform again following his Tourette's diagnosis.

The Someone You Loved hitmaker, 29, was overcome with emotion after his first concert in London on Saturday (11.07.26) night as he reflected on the time he took away from the spotlight after the condition - which causes involuntary tics - overshadowed his performance at the Glastonbury Festival in 2023.
