United Kingdom, April 15 -- Lauren Conrad failed her driving test after she was pulled over by police.

The former Laguna Beach star was stopped by a cop for "going too slow" on the roads but the officer decided against giving her a ticket when he grasped the specifics of the unique situation.

Asked if she'd ever got in trouble with the law, Lauren said on The Drew Barrymore Show: "I've never been arrested or anything but I did - one of my most embarrassing stories is I got pulled over by a cop on my driving test."

Surprised, Drew asked: "Oh! Was the teacher next to you? Did that go well, or.?"

After Lauren confirmed the instructor was with her, she added: "Well, I didn't pass."
