United Kingdom, March 17 -- Lady Gaga is depicted having a dramatic backstage moment at the 2010 Met Gala in a new novel written by a former Vogue editor.
Filipa Fino has written a book titled Best Dressed inspired by her time working at the fashion magazine Vogue, and even though the book includes fictionalised characters it is said to draw on real events and experiences from the fashion world.
In the novel, the Met Gala appears under the name the Crown Ball, and several well-known celebrities appear in thinly disguised or direct references.
One of the scenes describes Lady Gaga, 39, shortly before performing at the 2010 Met Gala.
According to the book, Gaga became overwhelmed shortly before going on stage and retreated to the museum...
