United Kingdom, March 17 -- Kerry Katona "cried like a baby" as she let go of her "trauma" at a plant medicine retreat.

The 45-year-old reality TV star feels like a "new person" after visiting the Marbella-based retreat alongside her boyfriend Paolo Margaglione, and she was keen to extend their stay.

She wrote in her new! magazine column: "I felt so blissful after going to a plant medicine retreat with Paolo at Conscious Hub in Marbella.

"I feel like it really helped get rid of my anxiety.

"We meditated, did an exercise where we shared our intentions and then did breathwork - and I cried like a baby.

"It was a brilliant way to help me let go of my trauma.

"I woke up feeling like a new person.

"I was tempted to ship the kids over to...
