United Kingdom, Aug. 14 -- Kenan Thompson has led tributes to his AllThat co-star Christy Knowings following her death aged 46.

Christy passed away on Tuesday (11.08.26), when she was taken off life support after being rushed to hospital the previous Friday following an asthma attack.

Kenan, who starred alongside Christy on the Nickelodeon show in the 1990s, took to his social media pages to pay tribute to the actress.

He wrote: "Man this one hit hard!!! Rest well Christy!!! Never could have imagined this day!! Sending so much love to her family!!

"She was a real one and one of the funniest people out here!!! Gonna miss you buddy!!!"
