United Kingdom, Oct. 12 -- Kelly Osbourne was "shocked" by her own appearance at the 2026 Brit Awards, but has gained nearly 30lbs since then.

The 41-year-old star sparked concern with her thin, frail frame at the event in February and she's admitted even she didn't realise how much weight she had lost until she saw the photographs afterwards, though she insisted she never had an eating disorder.

She told Fabulous magazine: "I didn't know that I looked like that until I saw the pictures.

"When I saw them, I couldn't f****** believe it. I was as shocked as everyone else.

"It wasn't an eating disorder. I just couldn't do anything for myself. Eating made me feel like I wanted to throw up."
