The 44-year-old pop star quipped about the foodborne parasite during a recent performance at the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.

The chart-topping singer told her fans: "This is TMI, but I'm gonna go ahead and say it ... I don't know if I got that thing, that, you know, like, people eat lettuce. S***, I don't know what. I don't know what the f*** . But last night during the show, I was like, 'Oh my God. Jesus.'
