United Kingdom, Sept. 15 -- Keke Palmer has sparked concern after missing the Emmy Awards on Monday night (14.09.26), despite the fact she was meant to present one of the gongs.

The 33-year-old actress had been scheduled to present the Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series award alongside Saturday Night Live star Marcello Hernandez.

However, Keke was noticeably absent when Marcello took to the stage to hand out the prize.

He made no mention of Keke's absence, instead using the opportunity to speak directly to the nominees of the award.
