United Kingdom, Sept. 21 -- Keke Palmer's mom group has been a "real blessing" in her life.

The 33-year-old actress - who has son Leo, three, with former partner Darius Jackson - is thankful she has a group of women she can always rely on for advice and support, and while she hasn't known them for too long, she knows they are "true friends".

She told People magazine: "I love being a mom and my little mom group. We are like thick as thieves, and they're amazing women.

"I met them when I put my son into his first school, and they embraced us.
