United Kingdom, July 14 -- Katie Thurston needs a liver biopsy as doctors are "at a loss" over her current test results.

The Bachelorette star was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in February 2025 and discovered the following month that it had spread to her liver, but while she announced last month, there was "no evidence of disease" in the organ, she still has elevated enzyme levels so has had to stop taking some of her medication while her medical team look for an explanation.
