The 24-year-old actress - who stars alongside Igby Rigney, Homer Gere, Graham Campbell, Hayes Warner and Wes Bentley in The Shards, the new thriller series - has admitted that she usually dislikes seeing herself on screen.

Speaking to Hayes for Interview magazine, Kaia explained: "I've watched things that I'm in by myself, and I start ripping myself apart and go into a spiral.
