United Kingdom, March 21 -- Justin Timberlake's 2024 arrest footage has been released, despite his attempts to block it.

The 45-year-old pop star was driving in Sag Harbor, New York in June 2024 when his car was pulled over by police and he later pleaded guilty to a traffic violation and driving while ability impaired.

While Timberlake's lawyers tried to prevent video taken on police body cameras during his arrest from being made public, he eventually agreed to the release of a redacted version of the footage that "does not constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy," according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
