United Kingdom, Sept. 8 -- Julia Stiles has been left stunned after hitting the one million followers milestone on Instagram.

The 45-year-old actress told fans she "feels so lucky" that so many people have decided to follow her on the social media site, with that number dramatically increasing after it was announced she's competing on this year's Dancing with the Stars.

In a video posted to Instagram, Julia couldn't hide the shock from her face as she said: "A million followers? Guys I got off an airplane to see I have a million followers?"

She continued to say she's "having the time of my life", and is massively appreciative of "all this support", as she repeatedly told her fans "thank you!".
