United Kingdom, March 3 -- Josh Duhamel feared his wife Audra Mari was "too young" for him because of the 21-year age gap.

The Transformers star, 53, married the former beauty queen, 32, in 2022 and they are parents to a son named Shepherd, who was born in 2024, while Josh is also dad to Axl, 12, with his first wife Fergie - and he's now revealed he first met Audra at a barbecue at his house and he ruled out dating her because of her age.

During an appearance on The Skinny Confidential podcast, he explained: " We had a barbecue at my house. It was some of my friends from Hollywood, it was some of my friends from back home [North Dakota], there were kids .. it was like a good, old-fashioned barbecue.
