United Kingdom, July 27 -- John Cena has undergone a second hair transplant.

The wrestler-turned-actor, 48, went under the knife in late 2024 after spending years struggling with hair loss and he's now revealed he went under the knife for a second time earlier this year after noticing a balding "spot" that needed attention.
