United Kingdom, April 20 -- Jesy Nelson is thought to be heading to 10 Downing Street to raise awareness about the genetic condition afflicting her twins.

The former Little Mix singer, 34, made the announcement by posing in front of a set of merchandise linked to the band on Monday (20.04.26) evening - a day after she revealed her £100,000 car containing life-saving hospital equipment for her twin daughters has been stolen from outside her home.

Jesy captioned the snap, which showed her dressed in a grey trouser suit: "She's off to Number 10 Downing Street."

While she did not confirm what the visit is for, a number of fans posted it was to continue her mission to raise awareness about her daughters' medical condition.
