United Kingdom, April 17 -- Jessie Ware feels inspired by Lady Gaga.

The 41-year-old pop star is preparing to play her first arena tour after releasing her new album Superbloom, and Jessie has revealed that she's drawn inspiration from Lady Gaga.

She told BBC Newsbeat: "Gaga connects in arenas.

"Maybe I'm going to have to have a B-stage or get into the crowd, but I'll find a way. I will try and bring that intimacy, vocals, pizzazz - all of it."

Jessie said her forthcoming arena tour feels "hyper-surreal, majestic and mad", and reflected on how long it has taken her to reach this stage in her career.

She said: "I love the journey that I've been on. I just think it shows how long it can take to build a community. I'm on my sixth record...
