United Kingdom, June 22 -- Jenny Mollen's split from Jason Biggs still feels "surreal".

The 47-year-old actress separated from Jason, 48 - who is best-known for his role in the American Pie film franchise - earlier this year, after 18 years of marriage, and Jenny admits that she's still adjusting to her new reality.

During an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Jenny reflected: "It's surreal, yeah, I feel like it's really bizarre."

The actress - who has Sid, 12, and Lazlo, eight, with Jason - acknowledged that splitting from a co-parent is a particularly complicated process, and unlike anything she's previously experienced.

She said: "People will be like, 'How does it feel?' And I'm like, 'I don't know, the same?'
