United Kingdom, July 24 -- Jenny Mollen has admitted she's "severely depressed" following her split from husband Jason Biggs.

The pair, who met while filming My Best Friend's Girl in 2007, announced in May (26) that they'd decided to end their marriage after 18 years.

And in a video on her Instagram page, Jenny gave an insight into how she's doing after the split, as she showed herself dancing through a garden, with the clip accompanied by the Metric tune Help I'm Alive.

She wrote in the caption: "So we are clear, I am massively depressed. This is just what surviving looks like."

Jenny's fans quickly took to the comments section to offer their support, with one writing: "You got this sister."
