United Kingdom, May 29 -- Jennifer Lopez has suggested she waited too long to end her marriage to Ben Affleck admitting she should have become single "sooner".

The 56-year-old singer/actress originally dated her Gigli co-star from 2002 to 2004 before they reunited in 2021, tying the knot the following year but splitting just two years later, and now the Hustlers star has confessed she waited too long to start enjoying life on her own.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the host asked: "You're single right now?" and Jennifer replied: "I am!' ... I should have done it sooner ... I've been doing it all wrong. I've been doing it all wrong, trust me."
