United Kingdom, July 24 -- Olivia Wilde regrets calling Jordan Peterson a "pseudo-intellectual hero to the incel community".

The 42-year-old actress made the controversial comments about Peterson, the well-known psychologist and author, during the press tour for Don't Worry Darling, the movie she directed, in 2022 - but Olivia has now expressed some regret, after Peterson broke down in tears in reaction to her comments during an interview with Piers Morgan.

During a recent appearance on The Louis Theroux Podcast, Olivia said: "[It] might have benn unfair for me to call [Peterson] a pseudo-intellectual."
