United Kingdom, Aug. 10 -- Hilaria Baldwin has shared the secret to her happy 14-year marriage to actor Alec Baldwin.

The 42-year-old TV star - who shares seven children with the 30 Rock star - has opened up about how they have kept their relationship strong over the years revealing they have been through "ups and our downs" but they have always "wanted to be there".
