United Kingdom, Sept. 13 -- Brian Hickerson was handcuffed by police following an alleged bar brawl in South Carolina - and shouted about the death of his former girlfriend Hayden Panettiere as officers detained him.

The 37-year-old was briefly detained after police were called to the Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville at about 9.10pm on Saturday (12.09.26) following reports of an assault.

His brother, Zach Hickerson, was arrested for disorderly conduct, while Brian was not charged and was released at the scene, according to reports by TMZ, Page Six and Entertainment Weekly.

Footage obtained by TMZ showed Brian sitting handcuffed on the pavement and shouting: "GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died."
