United Kingdom, Oct. 8 -- Halle Berry's daughter has defended her mother following allegations of child abuse.

The 60-year-old actress has been accused of being violent towards her 13-year-old son Maceo by his father, her ex-husband Olivier Martinez, and now her daughter Nahla, 18, has denied the claims.

According to PEOPLE magazine, Nahla - whose father is Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry - defended her mother in a Los Angles Superior Court declaration on October 3.

She wrote: "I never observed anything abusive about her parenting."

Nahla has described Berry - who has also denied the allegations against her - as a "loving and devoted parent", and someone who is "warm, supportive, and deeply involved".
