United Kingdom, May 20 -- Glen Powell believes "discipline is the key to [his own] happiness".

The 37-year-old actor has enjoyed a meteoric rise in recent years, starring in movies such as Top Gun: Maverick, Anyone but You, and Hit Man - but Glen has stressed that hard work and discipline are key to his own success and happiness.

The movie star told The Hollywood Reporter: "The thing that I think I've started realising is that it's very easy in this business to get in your own head or let the noise influence the way you feel about the job. And the thing is, sets are the happiest places on earth for me - if I've done the work ahead of time."
