United Kingdom, March 12 -- Josh Gad's mom is dealing with a "serious medical emergency".

The 45-year-old actor has rushed back to the US to be with Susan after abandoning his trip to Disney Adventure World at Disneyland Paris for a preview of the World of Frozen land.

In a Facebook post on Thursday (12.03.26), Josh - who voices Olaf the snowman in the Disney family-musical film franchise - penned: "So truly heartbroken that I arrived today to take a tour and celebrate the new New World of Frozen at @disneylandparis this week and instead have to leave tomorrow morning (before I even have a chance to see any of it) to be with my mother who is unfortunately dealing with a serious medical emergency. (sic)"
