United Kingdom, Sept. 18 -- Frankie Muniz has been living a "nightmare" for the last six weeks.

The 40-year-old actor recently announced his separation from Paige Price, his wife, and Frankie has now taken to social media to reflect on a particularly turbulent period in his life.

The Hollywood star wrote on Instagram: "The last 6 weeks of my life have been a nightmare I'm praying to wake up from. Everything felt heavy, unclear, and like it was falling apart at the same time. I wouldn't wish this season on anyone.
