United Kingdom, Oct. 7 -- FKA twigs has dismissed her lawsuit against Shia LaBeouf after he dropped a non-disclosure agreement against her.

The 38-year-old singer - whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett - had previously sued the Transformers star for alleged sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress during the course of their brief relationship in 2019, but last year she agreed to end the lawsuit and settle the case out of court, before taking further action over a confidentiality provision in their settlement agreement.

On Monday (05.10.26), the Carpenter's Son singer filed a request in Los Angeles County Superior Court to dismiss the case, with her former partner agreeing the disputed NDA provisions "are termi...
