Fired Shrinking crew member files lawsuit over sexual harassment allegations
United Kingdom, Sept. 16 -- A crew member fired from Shrinking has filed a lawsuit over sexual harassment allegations.
Mindy Tessa McKoin, who was a longtime Key Second Assistant Director on Jason Segel and Harrison Ford's series, has claimed she was abruptly fired on July 10 over what was claimed to be "different needs of production".
As reported by Deadline, McKoin has filmed a complaint against executive producer/director Randall Winston, Warner Bros Television and others.
In the documents, attorney Avi Gholian notes that during her multi-season run on the show, "no performance deficiency, misconduct. or business rationale was identified then or anytime thereafter".
