United Kingdom, July 9 -- Emmy Rossum only married her first husband after he gave her an ultimatum.

The Shameless actress wed producer Justin Siegel in February 2008, but was so convinced it "wasn't right", she didn't even tell anyone they had tied the knot until they went their separate ways.

Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Emmy said: "I started dating Justin, and he worked at Interscope Records that I was signed to. And we were dating for maybe a couple months. We liked each other."

But a few months into their romance, Emmy landed a role in Dragonball: Evolution, which would mean filming in Durango, Mexico, for six months, prompting Justin's ultimatum.

She recalled: "I remember the day that I was going away to make the movi...
