United Kingdom, Aug. 6 -- Eminem paid for Kurupt's rehab after the rapper battled a life-threatening alcohol addiction.

The 53-year-old star - real name Ricardo Brown - suffered multiple seizures and spent three weeks in a coma due to alcohol addiction, and he credits fellow rappers Eminem, 53, and Dr. Dre, 61, for helping him get sober and turning his life around.

Appearing on SiriusXM's Sway in the Morning, Kurupt remembered: "It was Dr. Dre that called and was just giving his support and just let me know that, you know, we all go through these things. He was just giving me that game.
